The MindChamps Story
From Sydney to the World
MindChamps began in Sydney in 1998 as an educational research organisation. Our mission? To identify and fill gaps in global education systems. From this passion, the MindChamps Model was born, grounded in 21st-century insights from education, psychology, neuroscience, and theatre research. The 3-Mind Approach
At MindChamps, our unique pedagogy is built on the synergy of three minds:
- Champion Mind: Celebrating uniqueness and overcoming adversity to achieve success.
- Learning Mind: Employing strategies that help children understand, store, recall, and synthesise information.
- Creative Mind: Connecting diverse perspectives to solve problems and generate new ideas.
With these three minds working together, our young learners are resilient, creative, and ready for the future. Explore how neuroscience supports early childhood learning through Harvard’s Center on the Developing Child.
Discover how we apply these principles in our Early Childhood Development program at MindChamps Melton.
100% Respect, Zero Fear
At MindChamps, our overarching philosophy of 100% Respect, Zero Fear is a way of approaching the world that leads us to have full confidence in ourselves, while considering the rights and opinions of others. This aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) — Australia’s national framework for early childhood education.
Our Vision
To nurture the power of human potential for a better tomorrow
Our Mission
To nurture and develop every child’s unique potential through a research-driven approach that blends the Champion Mind, the Learning Mind, and the Creative Mind.
